LVNs are needed at the Denton State Supported Living Center to provide direct nursing care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and complex medical, mental health, and behavioral needs. Responsibilities include administering medications, maintaining electronic documentation, monitoring health conditions, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams while ensuring compliance with HHSC standards and ICF-IID regulations. Requires a current LVN license and a minimum of 2 years of LVN experience. This is a 6-month contract with rotating shifts (6:00 AM–2:00 PM and 2:00 PM–10:00 PM) across an 8-position opening.
